The Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 25 and the Mechanical Contractors Association of Eastern Iowa/Western Illinois are your Skilled Neighbors who work to preserve and expand job opportunities in the Quad Cities region, and explore innovative approaches for the advancement of our industry as a whole. We encourage employee participation in workplace decisions and hold our workers to the highest safety standards.

Our joint efforts have given us the advantage of employing the highest-trained workforce in the region. These plumbing and mechanical professionals have completed rigorous apprenticeship programs in state-of-the-art training centers, where they develop the skills, reliability and work ethic necessary to succeed in this fast-paced industry. These craftsmen and women are experts in their field, trained in the most innovative technology to tackle even the most complex projects.

But it doesn’t stop there. Continuing education opportunities allow Skilled Neighbors members to sharpen their skills and stay current on all licenses and certifications required to perform the best work in the industry.
